Dog Friendly Cabin Qld – If you want to travel in Queensland with your dog but do not have your own car park or camping tent, a good option is to stay in a pet-friendly cabin, usually located in a park. Unfortunately, while many cabins do not allow pets, I have found many pet cabins in Queensland, from the south of the state to the north of Queensland.

The Granite Belt area of southern Queensland is a destination for dogs, including the central city of Stanthorpe. Town Top Tourist Park, located on the outskirts of the city, offers pet owners a wide range of accommodation options, including affordable pet cabins.

Pets are allowed in some standard cabins. Each studio-style cabin can sleep up to four people, with two beds and a bunk bed, as well as a kitchenette and a bathroom. There are also pet-friendly family cabins, often with queen-size beds and wood heaters in a separate bedroom.
The park is just a short drive from the city center and has a swimming pool, game room, covered barbecue area and plenty of space for your puppy to roam the jungle.
If you want to go to Queensland beach rather than vacation with your puppy, Kirra Beach on the Gold Coast is a dog park. Just steps from the beach (and a short drive from Palm Beach Dog Beach), dogs are allowed year-round on the site with limited energy and ideal cabins for their pets.

North Stradbroke Island is one of the dog-friendly islands off the coast of Queensland, with pets allowed on ferries, as well as offshore and off-shore beaches. A classic option is camping on the beach, which is only accessible by 4WD but also has a pet cabin in North Stradbroke.
