So this is the conclusion…they don’t call this place a “resort” for nothing. The apartment is this. 10 acres of everything you can imagine and more for a dream family vacation. There are so many tips and advice that we don’t know where to start and how many things we should do.
The house has been well maintained and improved over the years. Lots of space with concrete floors and a beautiful and spacious floor plan. Many trees provide shade and a beautiful green path throughout. Even the toilet blocks are 5 stars. My daughters really enjoyed the soothing music every day in the bathroom and the five year old couldn’t stop laughing every time we went. eating in the bathroom.
There is a pool upstairs which is open all year round and we were sure it would be great for a very hot morning. Since it looks like a real cafe (not a kiosk), we really like this food and more importantly, we have to “walk” to get there. The whole experience was wonderful, the warm and sunny weather, the sparkling pool, the wonderful service and the delicious products. What a wonderful way to start the day!
Although there are many things to do in the area such as exploring Murray, Cactus Country, visiting vineyards, Lake Mulwala or the famous Bayramin House, we stayed in the park with many opportunities for the family. We took a long walk as the kids happily strolled along the concrete paths and really appreciated how well it was set up for kids with bikes and wheels. (If you don’t have a bike, you can rent one, or you can rent a stroller for the whole family.)

The large playground and splash pool were well equipped and then we moved on to the indoor hot tub and pool. The outdoor pool (yes, there are two pools!) is shallow, paddling for kids and plenty of chairs for parents who want to relax while exploring. There is also tennis, a large basketball court, a gym and a large game room; we were so busy with activities that we didn’t have time to blink.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, but what impressed me the most was the range of facilities offered by the RACV Cobram Resort. While the rest of the park is full or overcrowded on this one, the grass and open spaces are guaranteed and provide a sense of calm. The design of the holiday park is very successful. One of the best advantages of this hotel is that the house and camp are pet friendly, which means you can bring your dogs with you (as long as they are on a leash). Some buildings will become pets in the mid-2020s.
Although the spaces are large and the staff friendly and helpful, we love having all the amenities in one place. So what does it mean? The RACV Cobram Resort is a luxury resort. This “cherished garden” exceeded its name and expectations. we will be back some day soon.

It is close to the Great Otway National Park and the guide will let you know where to take your dog nearby.
