Another fun thing to do with your dog in Bridlington is a boat trip. We did one with Maya yesterday and even though it was windy and rainy, she had so much fun! We did the 1 hour lighthouse cruise on the Yorkshire Belle, but this ship has tours of various lengths and also has a pirate ship that offers a 10 minute tour of the bay where you can take your dog with you. Welcome to join. If you’re that nervous, you can even take your dog fishing! All boat trips depart from the North Pier. Maya is really fascinated by the poles and loves sitting on top of them looking out to sea – we joke that she is trying to catch a flying fish!!
Beach Holiday Cottages In Bridlington
Without a doubt, the biggest highlight for Maya is playing with a beach ball, getting wet and covered in sand!! , as is typical on Yorkshire beaches, most dogs can run freely and Maya loves nothing more than meeting new friends and having fun on the sand with them. I think it’s important to make sure you have a good memory before putting your dog in this situation, but keep in mind that not every dog ββon the beach has one.
Feel it. North beach is traditional with a busy funfair and the beach is less glamorous but still a lot of fun. The town has lots of shops, traditional tourist shops as well as M&S etc so there is something for everyone. I hope some day some of you will come with your dogs and see for yourself!!
