On our first trip out of town, I brought Hobbs to Bantayan Island. We stayed in the Coral Blue Oriental Villa and loved our spacious room, especially the original bathroom.
The park was not strict with its animal policy. Hobbs is allowed to go wherever he wants and can roam without a leash. However, I always look carefully because there are stray dogs.
We were only here for a day, but because the Virgin Islands have rooms, I put it on the list.
Hobbs had a lot of fun hanging out here and yes, he made me follow him. Heh. The island is large and very hot, so halfway across the island Hobbs refused to get up. After he rested for a while and reapplied to the Organic Pawtection Dog Company, we continued, with me holding Hobbs for half the time.

The SolineaResort Condominiums has several listings on the AirBnBof site that allow pets, and on essential trips into town, I brought Hobbs with me. The location is good as it is on the way to Ayala Center Cebu.
The only downside is that every morning and afternoon, I have to take Hobbs down for his daily walk and his little walk. And because the entire floor area of the container house is paved, I brought it to a grassy area in front of the HSBC building, which meant crossing a busy intersection.
This particular resort in Malapascuas is great for parents like me because of its beautiful gardens and private beach, both perfect for strolls.
Our first two nights, we stayed in their same room. It was smaller than the usual guest rooms we were used to, but it had a balcony which Hobbs liked because it was airier from there.

On the third night, we moved up to the De Luxe room, which was more spacious and had floor-to-ceiling windows that allowed us to view the ocean.
Hobbes loved this room and spent most of his days looking out the window. He even liked the side table outside and made it into a niche.
A few things about the animals at Teppany: They have pet dogs, and while the dogs in the park are cute and nice, the ones in the restaurant – they are fed from time to time, as the staff told me – are noisy. And noise. Doll up around other dogs because every time they see Hobbs, they cry. Also be careful of cats, because even if they don’t come to us, their mere presence is enough to give Hobbes a chance. (He doesn’t like cats and chases them.)
In terms of animal politics, Tepenny was also not harsh. I was not asked to sign. Hobs are allowed everywhere, even in restaurants.

Our company was here, and my coworkers and I were allowed to bring our pets. Unlike other pet-friendly resorts that allow small to medium-sized dogs, Carancho allowed my staff’s Labrador and even allowed him to swim on the beach.
Carancho also has plenty of dogs and cats, so make sure you always keep an eye on your fur baby, especially if your baby is like Hobbs, who doesn’t like other animals.
This place is perfect for a relaxing holiday with a furbaby, especially as the well-maintained areas are perfect for daily walks. Just get it from Hobbs. The photo below shows that he is indeed vacationing in Les Maisons. Ha ha! Seriously, this kid sure knows how to provide inner peace (and beauty).
They are also not strict about where pets are allowed. At first I walked Hobbs on a leash, but after I was assured that Tracy, their local dog, was harmless, I let Hobbs roam the park alone.

Our two-storey house is close to the beach. It’s very spacious, and I love the four-poster bed. The downstairs guest room has an unobstructed view of the ocean, which was truly amazing.
Apart from the open space where the dogs roam, there are also many corners which are perfect for taking photographs.
Additionally, there are many treasures delicately housed in Les Mansions d’Etac, and during this visit, I became aware of Hobbes’ love for them. He likes to shake them gently and I think it’s because he likes to feel the breeze. Sometimes it even bothers them for hours!
Solea Resort allowed dogs because Hobbs and I stayed here for my birthday last year, but when I checked again earlier this year, they said they don’t allow pets because some pet owners. Has refused to follow their policy. When I checked, they said that these owners, even though they had signed the agreement, allowed dogs to swim in it.
