Our beach house, built in 2018, is the perfect place to relax and gather with family and friends. This beautiful, three-story, 3,089-square-foot home has an elevator, heated/cooled saltwater pool, five yards and a screened-in porch, which means 1,800 square feet of entertainment. enjoy the salty water. Our home is conveniently located on A1A Beach Blvd on a quiet residential street in the heart of St. Louis Beach. Augustine, just a step from the sand. The house has 3 full bedrooms and FULL SIDE FLOOR UNIT with kitchen and counter. The pool house has a queen size Murphy bed. The house has three and a half bathrooms, and each room has a new 50 inch wide TV for maximum comfort. We also offer state-of-the-art wireless internet in all rooms.
When you walk in the front door, you’ll know your vacation has begun! The first bedroom has a queen Murphy bed, flat screen TV, granite counters, washer/dryer, and full bathroom with walk in shower. This room is very popular with many couples because it has easy access to the pool and the outdoor dining area, outside the French doors. A ping pong table and foosball table were recently added to the garage for family fun!

Take the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor, this is the great room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with two sinks and a shower. French doors open to a spacious public balcony overlooking the salt lake. The second bedroom has a king size bed while the third bedroom has 2 full size beds, 1 queen size bed and 1 6 inch bed. Both have French doors that open to the large porch. There is also a full guest bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower. In addition, the living room sofa bed is also the queen SOFA BED.

The third floor has cathedral ceilings, a spacious kitchen with granite counters, and an island with a gas stove. The kitchen is open to the large living room/family room with beach decor featuring a large comfortable sofa and large screen TV, gas fireplace and ocean views from the many windows and from the large balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked with groceries, utensils and utensils. Don’t worry coffee drinkers, there are also Keurig and drip coffee makers. Next to the kitchen is another large balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining.
The beautiful backyard is surrounded by a saltwater pool and covered porch, making it a great place to relax when you’re not at the water’s edge and want to be by the water, fresh cocktails for comfort. you. It is easy to get to the beach. We are on the beach and steps from the sand, all on a quiet residential street – no need to drive through busy streets or highways to get to the beach! The house is also close to many great restaurants and just steps from the shops and museums of St. Augustine 4.5 km.
Normally, there is a minimum of seven nights to rent. However, in some months it is possible to rent for 3 nights, please note that we prefer 7 nights from 4pm Saturday to 10am Saturday.

Tips For A Day At St. Augustine Beach
The dining area is well organized and the kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, cups and utensils. Good place for 12 people
Our family loved this beach house! Keep it neat and clean; The colors and decorations around the house are bright and inviting! The owners go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable! It’s a perfect place! Located on a street with direct beach access! There are great places to eat nearby and a grocery store nearby!
Plus, it’s only 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine, where you can choose to park your car, take a drive, or perhaps stroll the shops and attractions!
For our family, this is a win! We will look forward to going back! I can’t say it enough, We had a great experience at this beach house!

The house is very nice. It stores well in the kitchen. The wrap around porch is a great place to sit and relax. Walking on the beach was okay for me and the kids, but it was more difficult for my grandparents. The alarm on the pool door is a good idea, which can be claimed in insurance, but it gets annoying every time you open and close the door. Elavator is great for carrying groceries and groceries, but it’s too slow for everyday use, making it easier to use stairs. The owner takes care of the house, so make sure to lock the door. Also, during our stay, we had a pool keeper come to clean the pool several times at short intervals, then the cleaners also come to the pool area and organized, so privacy is limited during the day. The sheets on Mrs. Murphy’s bed in the flex room are dirty and should be washed by 12:00pm on the day of arrival before we go to bed. Also, when you walk around the house barefoot all day, your feet will turn black. We have black cherry on the bed and bedroom furniture and need $488 in expenses, luckily we have a $500 deposit. The house is very beautiful, you feel a little bit like you have to walk on the bed so as not to damage anything. We enjoyed this apartment for a week but would not use these owners again for a vacation. Thank you for letting us use your motel.
This is a big living room for my big family. We range in age from 5 to 75 and everyone loves the house. We are 7 people and you can eat twice on the roof.
The house also has extras that you won’t find in other rentals (pool/pool towels, beach chairs, towels available, toilet paper, and more). Great location, less than a mile from Publix, Starbucks, and many great restaurants. We can reach the old town in less than 10 minutes.

Our only fear is that we can’t drive in the parking lot (which has a ping pong and foosball table). It would be nice to stay in a dry house in the rain. In addition, it is necessary to wash some clothes. All in all, this is a great place to spend your vacation.

This house is not good! It had the amenities we needed (pool, close to the beach, and restaurants). It takes about 10-11 minutes to drive to St. Augustine history. It’s a perfect place! From beachfront villas to historic villas and everything in between, there are plenty of vacation rental options.
